According to experts, up to the age of 7, a person's brain and personality is built according to the experiences and people who surrounded him up to that point. Then about 95% percent of the daily activities we do are out of habit. what??? Are you saying I have almost no control over my life? Right! The most obvious example of this is driving a car. You travel to work automatically without having to strain and think about the road. why is it? Basically, the brain of a child up to the age of 7 is in a state where it creates habits and structured plans for itself on how to respond to all kinds of situations in life by observing and learning from the environment, after the first 7 years the brain moves to a state where it mainly relies on the plans it created for itself during these years and our reactions become to be instinctive (the subconscious part of the brain) and actually only 5% of the day the cognitive (creative) brain comes into activity. So one of the things that is very important to me in life is to spend quality time with my children, and imparting education and values ​​into their lives.
