Here is an online tutorial on how to examine a real estate investment in the US. As we have explained, the real estate world in the US is transparent and is entirely online. You can know everything, including everything about the house, you only need an address. In the video I tried to summarize as much as possible and give the important tools, but this is only a summary. The tutorial was filmed about a year and a half ago but is still relevant today (except for the hair, which has gone a little since then).
