Hi guys, I'm pretty new here and new in investment field.
I live in Los Angeles and recently invested $ 1,000 in a family real estate company.
But my knowledge is still not at a high level at all and now I learn as much as possible.
My goal in the next three years is to buy a building that includes a number of apartments for the long term, so that I can enjoy a few years of passive income beautiful and stable.
I am 25 and have 50 capital of $ 1,000 at the moment, according to the capital expectation that 150 will reach $ 1,000 by the end of the year.
I'm legal with work permit and Sueiel.
I would be happy to recommend how can I buy in 3 years building which includes a number of apartments in a good place and relatively stable?
I'm building credit at the moment and showing nice financial movements at the bank.
How much percentage should you bring to the bank to get financing for the million dollar matter?
Thank you all and have a good week!

Thank you very much !
First of all, all the respect at a young age goes into things, your path to success is quite paved as you invest more in learning and have everything online today.
Your best asset is your mindset with which you can purchase a building or anything else.
On the merits, you can also get up to 80% in some cases if the property shows an upside and a nice rental income,
In addition, you have to show two years of back-to-back income at a relative level that considers repayment ability relative to your loan.
It's not only good credit but also revenue…
