According to what I know, the area is very problematic and most of it is low income, which is difficult to operate in every way.
If you can sell and exit the deal, go ahead
Hi Albert,
It's all about what the investor is looking for and the status of the property.
In what area of the neighborhood is it located? There are better areas and there are fewer,
How much was purchased? How much is rented? Has it been renovated?
What is the purpose of the owner?
There are a lot of questions and it does not necessarily concern the area where the asset is located but more to the STATE in which the investor is in relation to the investment.
In terms of the region, there has certainly been an increase in recent years, and it seems that the trend is still rising.
A weak area, needs a good management company that knows how to work in these areas and filter tenants. What exactly is the problem?
Hi Albert Hadad - If you can share an address or at least a zip code it will help as well as Dasi Leibel highlighted if you can sharpen the question.
What does that mean? Worth waiting? What is the situation?
