The forum members are going through a difficult time as they leave the land of slavery for the land of freedom, which is the USA.

In the last two months, our audience of believers has grown greatly, more than 300 believers in the last month alone! Those who give will get the most back and won't see all the other investors who work alone and don't share a single cent.
We are not a Spectators forum. We are an elite unit! The chosen ones! Who help each other, strengthen each other, spur each other on!
Even in the formations for the elite units, what can you do? There are those who fall by the wayside, and it's only because they don't take care of their comrades in the company, egoists, sociopaths, make them a blanket at night, take all the chocolate at dawn and eat it in secret, informers, go tell their mother, cheat on tests but don't let them cheat or there's nothing to copy from them! The place of these people is not with us, but the screening will be done by a simple algorithm. Nothing manual or personal. Want to stay? Please.

To satisfy Nadelnal, we are installing a special plugin on Facebook that will monitor the activity of members – a member who has not written any post for two months and at least one response per month to posts by members (both), the system will understand that he probably does not really belong or deserve our family and he is unfortunately automatically removed from the forum. There is nothing personal here, we simply want to remain a group of those who really deserve all this knowledge because they also contribute back and participate in the discussion – a competitive advantage and information will be given to those who contribute information. This will be part of Nadelnal’s Ten Commandments!

Dwarfs – ask a question at least once every two months in a post, see where you are on the path, tell us what's stopping you, answer one of the games we presented, make friends with some giant.
Giants – tell us about your insight from your activity, share an interesting real estate article while translating its main gist into Hebrew to allow those who are not proficient in English to understand what it is about, tell us about a property you recently purchased, how the purchase process was, what you invested in, what you analyzed and how, take a dwarf and help him, be creative and surprise us.
Also, Nadlanal ordered us the game “Real Estate Survival 2019” – each week, the three winners of our sports game in gold, silver and bronze medals, meaning those who wrote the most posts, will win world immunity, which is like world fame only with immunity, so it’s even more worth it! Good morning 🙂 I'm Tami Rosen, new to the forum for a few days but I eagerly read the discussions here and even search the discussion history for things that are relevant to me. I'm an entrepreneur and investor starting out in Memphis, Tennessee and coming in to study and get to know the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. A proud student and member of the Project X community (and proud to read comments and posts here from my mentor Shai Halevi and other good people I know from there). Currently focusing on flips, but also looking to delve deeper and learn more about subject to, owner finance and lease option.

I'll end with what I'm currently working on and am learning to believe is most important:
The best deal for me is the deal that I knowingly did not enter into and saved myself a bullet (and there were 6 of them under inspection that we got out of in the last 3 months precisely because of the inspections that are done in the field. The most important thing is to verify data in the field. After we have signed the contract, of course. And to create local connections and collaborations, and not just local ones).
