Dealing with pressures and changes in the real estate world

What's up, dear group? So this week I'm stepping into the big shoes of "Entrepreneurs of the Week," thanking Lior on stage. So a few words about me and us, I'm the co-owner of Safetint, operating for the past eight years in Orlando, Florida as a real estate agency for local and distant investors. This week I'll start with a post that's a little different from my usual content, the topic is dealing with pressures and changes...

Reminder Post – Sunday, February 24, 2019

Reminder post… Have a wonderful Sunday everyone… We are starting a new week on the forum so we wanted to remind you of a few things… Hello to all new and old members. Every week we will remind you a little about what this forum is, what you can get out of it, and also the rules that will ensure that you continue to enjoy it in the future… So here it is… 1. “A few basic rules” The forum is a forum without advertising. But….…

Responses

  1. As you can see, Nadnal's algorithm worked overtime and removed a large number of people from the group who did not participate - let's start sharing friends. It is impossible for us to see the same people in the opening ten all the time.

  2. Hi, so I also went out, interested in the field, checking, seeing, learning, asking, connecting, getting inspired by the forum, so if the payment is to write, fine, we'll write, so first of all, thank you very much for all the posts written about management companies and all the sections that are worth paying attention to, I learned, listened, memorized, saw Lior's journey to Connecticut Life, a pleasure of sharing, intriguing and educational, thank you very much, thought: the words dwarf and giant are equivalent words, in my opinion, investment and entrepreneurship are a personal process, each one will make his own personal path without comparing grades and excess ambition, in the end everything is temporary, even real estate, I will try to write later even if it is gratitude.

  3. Hi Lior, I agree with you that passive people should be filtered out.
But maybe you've thought about excluding writing posts from the algorithm?
One of my hobbies and that of my partner Jacob Sapoj is to constantly ask relevant questions to posts and tag each other.
    On a daily basis
And when we raise questions, I respond in the relevant post.
I would appreciate it if you would consider lowering the posting algorithm.
For my part, I will make 10 comments per week.

  4. Good thing because Lior is tough and I don't want to leave.. I'm just starting out investing, at the beginning of investing in Single Family and Intu. I'm here in the group to learn from the people and be exposed to new opportunities, but when I grow up I promise to share 🙂

  5. For all the new members who are not yet familiar with the site's algorithm – Nadelnal's terrible algorithm! – which removes members who have not posted a single post for two months and who have not written a single comment to a single post for a month. We would like to see all of you stay here with us and not be thrown down the drain by the great and terrible Nadelnal, but this is a forum for donors, so don't say we donated at home to the Knock on the Door campaign – you are welcome to start introducing yourself if your answer is “I have nothing to say” or “I have nothing to wear” 🙂 Good luck!

  6. Hi, my name is Tal, I own a single-family property in one of the Dallas suburbs.
Still at the rank of private, calculating his steps, but definitely planning to rise to the rank of corporal when the next opportunity arises.

  7. Hi everyone, my name is Shoshana, my husband and I are new to investing in real estate abroad. Although at first I didn't think of investing in the United States, the more I learn, the more I realize that it is an empire of opportunities.

  8. My name is Ilan Florentin, I have been involved in real estate in Chicago for about two years. Project X has been coming out - previously a property manager at a construction company, I am thinking of the field as a main field of activity in the coming years.

  9. The algorithm started working. I lowered its rigidity a bit, but like Google's algorithm, we won't reveal the parameters of course - hint: if you are active, you have nothing to worry about. Good luck, dear and small family :)

  10. Good morning 🙂 I'm Tami Rosen, new to the forum for a few days but I eagerly read the discussions here and even search the discussion history for things that are relevant to me. I'm an entrepreneur and investor starting out in Memphis, Tennessee and coming in to study and get to know the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. A proud student and member of the Project X community (and proud to read comments and posts here from my mentor Shai Halevi and other good people I know from there). Currently focusing on flips, but also looking to delve deeper and learn more about subject to, owner finance and lease option.
To expand my portfolio of future properties 😉
I will be traveling to the Tennessee area in March-April, and until then I am very happy to contribute and learn from the knowledge and experience of the real estate sharks and experienced fighting foxes here.

I'll end with what I'm currently working on and am learning to believe is most important:
The best deal for me is the deal that I knowingly did not enter into and saved myself a bullet (and there were 6 of them under inspection that we got out of in the last 3 months precisely because of the inspections that are done in the field. The most important thing is to verify data in the field. After we have signed the contract, of course. And to create local connections and collaborations, and not just local ones).

Thank you for the opportunity and encouragement to expose and register because of the new algorithm 😉

  11. What is right is right 🙂 Hello, my name is Shai. I joined the group two weeks ago… I really enjoy reading and getting smart at this stage. Right now my only investment in the US is through the Hagsham Foundation. In the initial stage, I am currently trying to understand and learn a little more about the real estate sector in the US and who is against whom. I am debating whether to take a course and which one… I will try to look for the post about the giants that was mentioned and maybe I can link to/learn from something 🙂 In any case, many thanks, great forum.

  12. I have to agree that the creative writing of the post below made me laugh out loud and it is indeed true. I am new here and the reason I am careful not to write is because I am a broker and am afraid that people will think I have an interest. In any case, I will try to post interesting posts but I must point out that it will focus on my area of activity, which is Seattle and the surrounding area?

  13. Hello everyone, my name is Shlomi Sasson.
I joined the forum about a month ago. I invest in real estate in Israel, mainly income-producing properties. In the past, I did some flips, but today it's a little more difficult.
I really want to develop and grow abroad as well.
I am happy to be part of the forum. I learn a lot from the group members, the content is professional and interesting.
    Good luck to everyone.

  14. Hello everyone, I joined the forum this week. I live in Binyamina and am currently invested in real estate in Israel, mainly and also in the United States. I moved to the United States 3 years ago. I own rentals in Atlanta and North Dallas, Texas. I would love to learn in the forum how to improve my property management.

  15. Hello everyone, I joined the group two weeks ago. I admit that from the little I've read in the group - it is indeed a group with quality content.
But I feel "forced" to introduce myself, ask questions or whatever so that the machine "works."
What if we allowed things to happen naturally without trying to control them?
Speaking of win-win awareness and all the beautiful concepts we like to use. Give for the sake of giving, and whoever wants and is ready to mature into action - will join.
I can't believe that people write here for likes, to make themselves an authority, to garner compliments, but rather because they found a high-quality and enabling platform here.
Therefore, in the spirit of my impressions – I would like to choose what to write, when to participate, share, ask.
Let's not talk about the fact that we live in a time when Facebook is so flooded with information, groups, communities, pages. And voila, it's simply overloaded for the eyes and the mind.
On a personal level, my partner and I are completely new to the field and are only in the learning phase. (What's more, he doesn't speak Hebrew either)
What if we allow people time to mature, to open up, to know that this is a safe space to make mistakes and not a space for testing/measuring/scolding. If you want to increase participant engagement - this is not how you do it. There are some wonderful tools to increase participant engagement on Facebook, you can contact me and I will happily share them.
I may have repeated myself, but I don't have time to start editing this message right now. It was important for me to clarify my position.
And if you choose to remove me from the group just because I didn't agree to "behave as expected of me" during these 3 days - then I don't belong here.
Thank you, I hope you will be open to accepting different opinions than mine.

  16. Hi friends, my name is Neri and I am definitely a midget in the real estate market. I am following the posts eagerly (please don't kick me out, please??) but I am not sure what I can enlighten you with at this stage (unless you want a post on the subject of medicine?). Thanks, Lior, I will try to write from my heart's thoughts in the future? And by the way, I would be happy to give a gift?
