What an expensive group sounds
I've come across a few times in the houses where there would have been a historic sale from Public Record that did not appear on the county site. Once I even bumped into it in my house that was familiar and the district took a long time to get up to date and it was up to date. My question is where do they get their data from? (These were not Off-Market transactions that could not take data from the MLS or anything)
