Hello everyone, At a good hour I came to the fourth posting post.

In addition to lending with investors and buying real estate for them, I do two more things in my free time.

DIY Real estate - Just Do It Yourself

This is a course that I am opening with colleague Yaniv Berliner
(Yaniv has been with investors in Cleveland for many years and has extensive knowledge and experience in real estate in the US).

The frontal course will take place in Tel Aviv, with a limited format of up to 8 students per cycle.
Number of sessions: 6.

We will learn everything from the basics, things like -
Investment strategies
- Investment Area Selection Parameters
Investigation of the investment area
- Establishing a team
- Finding deals
- Calculate returns
- Work with professionals and more and more.

We will transfer all knowledge so you can do what we do - on your own.
In addition, during the course, we will host people who do flips, holsailing, and CPAs to tell you all the truth about taxation.
