Hello friends – below is the broadcast schedule, or rather the dates, for our talk show for entrepreneurs and investors - “Entrepreneur of the Week” - in which every week we give the stage to an entrepreneur or investor to hear about their interesting investments - it could be an interesting deal that was made, an analysis of a region, a success story or even a failure, and anything else you think would interest the members of the forum - we learn from everything.
Your main post will be pinned to the top throughout the week for maximum exposure.
The goal is primarily educational.

We would appreciate it if you could follow the following rules:
You are welcome to mention your name and the name of your company. Please no external links so it doesn't look like a bulletin board. The goal is to create value for the group.
We of course encourage all discussions to be on the forum for the benefit of the group, but of course with your exposure as entrepreneurs/investors, friends who want to invest with you will always be able to contact you privately for guidance/advice/purchase.

To publish the post, you can choose one of the following options:

1. An interesting deal you have for sale including analysis

2. A very successful deal that an investor initiated –

A. Identifying the opportunity: macro market analysis, micro market analysis, parameters taken into account
B. The negotiations that took place

3. A deal that didn't turn out the way you thought:

A. When did you realize something was wrong?

I want to remind entrepreneurs/investors – you can publish several posts during the week. You are in focus. Everyone wants to hear from you and about your experiences. Feel free as if you are at home because the forum is our home and this week you are the hosts.

Forum members – you are more than welcome to ask questions below about what to post, how to post, etc. so that everyone can get ideas.
Even if you have only bought one property or have been analyzing an area for six months and are really close to buying – these are also interesting stories – many investors are in your situation and will be happy to hear and advise – perhaps the experts or experienced people on the forum will be able to help you with your dilemmas to make the leap to purchasing the long-awaited property, and perhaps you can team up with someone who is in a similar situation and move forward together. The exposure will help it happen!
