Hello everyone, I'm in Jacksonville for another two weeks, to purchase two properties for Buy & Hold, and one property for Flip. If anyone has an interesting property, below the market price, and not in ghetto areas, (example 32209, I have a property there so I know the area), I would love to hear and go in to see the condition of the property. In addition, I would love to expand my dating circle in the area. If there are any recommendations for contractors, wholesalers, bankers who deal in real estate, I would appreciate dating in advance. The year 2019 is profitable for all of us.
