Hi Michael. As usual a super interesting post. A tremendous contribution of value! I do not see you being assigned as an entrepreneur this week and currently the board is full until July so we would of course love to hear about how you entered the real estate world and your personal success story. I remember mentioning you as an agent for the country, but it will be interesting to hear when you thought about the opportunity in the US, how you run between countries, how you chose your target market and when, how you learned to manage the property renovation and tricks you use - I'm sure forum members will be happy to learn from you.
