Hey friends,
First I will introduce myself.
My name is Gilad Oz. I have two lovely children:
Omar - Ben 21 was released from the army a few months ago.
And Inbar - daughter of a high school student 17.5.
In my education I am a software engineer, I worked in the high-tech industry over 15 a year.
What is the reason I began to deal with them?
About 12 years ago I had an appointment with my insurance agent. I asked him what my pension would be. I was sure that I meant that I was in high-tech and retired with a respectable pension.
He rummaged through the computer and said to me:
"Your pension will be 4,500"
I remember those words very well from the point that they were engraved in my memory and my heart.
The first thing I thought about was, what I leave to my children!
And will I have to be financially supported by my children at old age!
For almost a whole week I did not sleep at night and I had a lot of bad scenarios in mind about my future.
Hever suggested that I enroll in a real estate course in Israel. I said good-bye.
At the end of the course I was already the owner of 3 properties for investment in Israel. A decade ago, it was possible to make good investments.

Over the years I bought and sold quite a few assets in Israel, and increased my equity.
About 5 years ago I recognized the opportunity created in the real estate market in the US, since the subprime crisis in 2008.
Housing prices have been cut to 1 / 2 and to 1 / 3 from their peak price of 2006-2007.
At one moment I realized that there were other options besides Israel.
And yields in the US are significantly higher than those in Israel.
Yields in the US are still reaching 10-15 (net) after expenses such as municipal taxes, insurance, management and repairs.
How many years have you been involved in real estate in the USA?
Since 2008, I have been dealing with Israel, and from 2013 to the present, I'm dealing with the US.
Over the years, I went to my home and also accompanied investors in creating passive income and pensions by buying a yielding property or an exit in the US. Today I have a company called ROInvest LLC, and I have been practicing the US over 5 for years.

In the early years the company mainly bought single family homes.
