Dear friends – Let's celebrate the friendships created in our forum in honor of the Festival of Lights – a Chanukah post in honor of Chanukah!!!

So first of all, Happy Holidays – I had an idea in my head about how cool it would be if each of you uploaded a picture of yourself with a Hanukkah menorah. It could be alone. It could be with a friend from the forum. It could be with family. Anything goes! That way we can start the new year with lots of light and luck!

And to all those who have created friendships from the forum, we would love to hear about it!

I want to tell you that today we had an amazing stay at Matan Hirschhorn's in Long Island – a friendship that was created on this forum! A friendship that started in real estate and moved on to real-life friendships. By the way, Matan will be our “Entrepreneur of the Week” at the end of the month! And a little secret – Matan made the pancakes, and he is not only a real estate chef but also a real chef. It was worth it!

And more than that, who would have believed it – tomorrow we are at a Hanukkah party at Nira Bee’s from the Forum in Manhattan – a company that also started out in real estate consulting and moved into real-life partnerships. Nira also bought a building last year and took the long-awaited step towards financial independence.

So how about uploading a picture of yourself so we can get to know the faces behind the posts? – Don't be shy – we are one big family, and may the Festival of Lights bring each of us the light of the New Year. Everyone who uploads a picture will receive a personal greeting with a dedication for the New Year!

And if you have a friendship that started in real estate and became a lifelong friendship – we would love to hear about it and tag your friends so they know you are thinking of them and love them – even if you are embarrassed to upload a picture.
