After the check period is always recommended to try and lower the max price you will receive a negative answer and then you will decide if worth moving forward. When the renovation is great bargaining power grows. I assume that in the case of Yair and Idit, the seller has become more flexible
Sounds great, only a small question you wrote that you received a 108 counter and agreed? How did you manage to download more after?
