Since the beginning of 2018, he invests and lends investors for the purchase of properties (single and multi) for flip and rental transactions in the state of Ohio - Cincinnati, and Cleveland.
I went in last month to new construction projects in Texas Houston with a local contractor who did a lot of projects in the area.
The contractor works with one of Israel's largest entrepreneurial companies.
