✔Please contact me - individuals who tell me about companies that offer them investment properties in the US with a "guaranteed return" or a bank guarantee of 10% or more - regardless of what is happening in the property -
And I ask? - How naive can you be and fall into the trap?

✔ Let's think logically -

✔1 - When the property is vacant for rent - where does the rent come from to the buyer based on the "guaranteed return"?

כש2- When there is renovation and maintenance on a property that sometimes reaches hundreds of dollars - where does the "guaranteed" rent come from, regardless of what happens in the property?

✔3 - When raising the property tax or insurance of the property, how can the same "guaranteed return" still be guaranteed when in fact the financing costs of the property have increased?
These questions have several answers with one meaning: fraud, cheating, dishonesty -
In most cases, the buyer pays himself the rent or part of it - courtesy of the company that marketed the property to him - based on an exorbitant price he paid for the property when buying!
