Foxcone promised themselves 85 percent of the land they needed for the plant. The Borzinki family sold its land for $ 3.6 million. They have 7000 acres of agricultural land in 4 different states. It seems that purchasing in Wisconsin has probably yielded them the best return - not every day you land a giant like Foxcone in the garden.
