The “Kundson in the Field” corner. All sorts of cases discovered during fieldwork.
Part 6 of 6.
After many meetings with investors who tell us
On the excels they receive from different places,
We feel like going outside the office and showing off.
What's happening in the field? We called this corner: The Condison Corner in the Field!
The sixth part talks about:
1. “Kundson Insurance Agent”.
A good case was when one of the investors' houses was damaged.
And Jonathan's contractor said it was a $1,000 repair.
After 24 hours, an insurance company adjuster arrived.
and estimated the damage at approximately $5,000. After 10 business days
A check arrived in the mail for $4,970 from the insurance company.
There was also a case where there was damage to the property and it was recorded in the policy.
The insurance company covers the damage, but for damage of
$30,000 they gave a refund of $3,000.
First of all, you need to take care of the damage and at the same time sue the insurance company.
2. It is important to know what the common claims are in the area you are purchasing from.
In our area there are 2 common claims:
A. Falling trees
B. An animal bite, for which the blame may fall on the property owner.
Therefore, it is important in this case to take out Renter Insurance. Insurance
Which the tenant does at his own expense.
This is the end of a series of 6 “Kundson in the Field” videos.
Hope you got value.
