I have been interested in and researching the field of real estate in the USA for almost a year and a half - metap courses, lectures, podcasts, bigfocuses, transaction analysis, property review, taxation matters, the forum here, strategies and what not !?

Feels in the last month that I'm very close to buying my first property - but every time I feel like I'm taking a step forward and 2 backwards

I would love to hear from your experiences about the fear of taking the first step, and how to overcome it.

**** My first deal I intend to do with a mentor / accompanist with whom I have been in touch for some time
Looking for a property for a long term lease - and then increasing the amount of assets I have to generate a current cash flow ****
