    Financing in the US is a very difficult issue, but possible. I did this I invest in the US from 2013 and hold some mortgages.

  3. Well then, after 5 years of impossible exploration and conditions, I was able to find a foreign broker. Active in Florida Texas California and New York. There are still terms like minimum 150k but it is able to take 2 loans and above for a high amount.
    Before me mortgage 3 free properties I bought in 2013 and 2014
    They have almost doubled since the purchase. I managed to take 65 percent of each property, added some equity and purchased 2 properties of 210 CA.
    The interest is not cheap 6.5 but it is generated from the assets and the increase in value plus one asset purchased with no equity at all so it is an infinite return.
