Question regarding the allocation of 50% interest and RE comments and mortgages

This is a general question because I am aware that real estate law is different in every country. I am a non-specialist lawyer, FWIW.

I want to transfer 50 percent interest in a series of bills and mortgages to my cousin David. I keep 50% undivided interest. I would also like to invite and grant the right for each party to make releases.

My question is should I allocate my cousin 50 percent interest, maybe because I save 50 percent, or should I allocate from "current owner" to "current owner and cousin?"

I'll do another check on it, but I'm trying to get the paperwork done tonight if possible. The state in which we are dealing requires separate allocation for each bill and mortgage, so a lot of paperwork to do (maybe it's just a local rule, but we do like said). Thanks!
