I'm just a question -
I have a property in Philadelphia that I recently discovered that the property management company that ran it for me did not collect the water from the tenant or charge it and took the money for herself (they obviously deny it). I reached $ 6000 debt.
A. What would you do to get that money? The tenant, meanwhile, has changed and is not home.
B. I know the state can seize an asset with a debt - do you have any idea how I check if there is such a danger to my asset?

A water bill in Philly is a "bar to work" bill, so you must settle it as soon as possible. Because it reached such a high amount, it is worth employing a local attorney who deals with this, who might be able to get rid of some of the fines. The water company here is pretty terrible so don't build on anything and treat urgently.
To check if there is a foreclosure, call the water company / municipality The body responsible for supplying the water and ask them what process this may have been may not yet be brought to legal treatment.
