Hello friends,

As you know, Christians are going to celebrate Jesus' birthday soon, so let's show them who was here first - and I mean of course Moses, our Lord, who brought us out of Egypt and brought us the Ten Commandments and who now of course helped us go to the US because that's the leading trend right now. What to do? So I promised you a game that would make even Santa turn over in his grave - so like this, Real Estate, the great and terrible God of Real Estate appeared to me in a dream and told me to turn to the community and create our Ten Commandments, which we all of course must respect and cherish as part of the forum, because what can we do? We are the chosen people, who are leaving slavery to freedom on a journey to the Promised Land, which is the USA of course, and we don't want him to throw us out of his forum and no longer choose us as his chosen people. He also ordered me to decide what sacrifices we are going to make for him in the coming year, like for example, he must have every giant help at least one dwarf buy property, that every giant will make a sacrifice (or how who say this) at least three deals in the coming year, etc.
Or as he put it – “And the realtor said, ‘Bring me your new house, including your tenants and your roofs, for you will buy them for me so that your days on earth may be prolonged’” (he explained to me that he meant the resort in Hawaii in early retirement).

So here is an example of the Ten Commandments – suggest ideas so that we can arrive at commandments that each of us will abide by and that everyone will be satisfied with:

1.
I am your God, the one who got you out of the rat race! – Faith in yourself and your abilities, with the help of the group, of course.

2.
You will not have other forums on my behalf. You will not make a post without a citation – monotheism, prohibition of idolatry on foreign forums and prohibition of making posts without photographers.

3.
You shall not take the name of a real estate, your God, to be used only before closing a transaction – the prohibition of taking the name of a real estate except when sacrificing a transaction sacrifice with a lawyer.

4.
Remember the day you bought your first property and make it holy – always remember where you came from!

5.
Respect your dwarf and your giant – the commandment to respect every person in the forum, even if they are still short!

6.
You won't kill a giant for an unpaid Wholesale commission, but definitely don't be his friend anymore because of it.

7.

1. And you loved your dwarf as much as you did
2. Better one giant in the hand than two dwarfs on the tree
3. If there is no poor for me, there is a rich for me (especially if you are looking for investors)
4. It's not good for a dwarf to be alone! (You'll find him a giant right away)
5. Don't kill a deal because of a leaky roof. (It can be fixed, not a big deal)
6. You shall not covet your neighbor's giant (if the giant is busy, hire another giant - there is enough).

And of course the sacrifices to Nadalanel:
1. I commit to completing two real estate transactions per year, one single and one multi.
2. I commit to entering the forum 3 times a day and reading verses from the forum and of course sharing value with the group - and you will tell your sons (how to continue your ways) and your dwarves!
