Hello friends, my name is Elad and I am really new in this field and try to learn as much as possible before I start investing.
First of all, I would like to thank you for this wonderful forum. So much knowledge and people who share it is amazing!
And to my question: What is the optimal amount in your opinion to invest in Flip's property?
Optimal in the sense of yield as well as holding time including from the buying stage to selling at a profit.
Is the property worth about 100K?
Any question in its place? In other words, I understand that in Brantal there is a correlation between the price of the property and the yield on it, and the nature of the tenants. Is there any kind of match even in Flip's case?

As long as you are looking for an area where trades can be made within the 80-100k range and you do not pass the 8 months to the transaction
You will enjoy the Flip and the return will be excellent
If this is not the case then I do not recommend you to go into flips at all…
At 30% per annum in the gross clip
Rentals are already better…
All that is said is a personal recommendation only
Have fun and good luck
Welcome to the real world?
The question is not the amount, but the risk you are willing to take. The less pleasant areas the lower prices, the more pleasant areas and the higher prices.
In our region it starts from 80-100 a thousand dollars to the Flip deal.
