Let's talk about the things to keep in mind when buying a home for rent in the United States. There are about a million things that need to be paid attention to the truth, but here I will mention a few less obvious things:
Problem of elements. Obviously there are investors who will buy such things and it is clear that things can be repaired, but repairing foundations can also reach thousands of dollars and should be carefully considered with this deal worth it.
- There are houses that are not connected to the municipality's water and sewage systems, instead they are connected to a well and septic tank.
I would not invest in an asset with a well / Septic tank (believe me, from bitter experience).
Homes that share a car access road with the neighboring house. This is a source of quarrel. I saw such and did not buy.
- If the house is on a city road with a lot of traffic, I would not buy it.
-Is the house near a highway? So here are two options -
If this is a good neighborhood and you do not hear noise at home, I would not rule out this property.
If you hear the noise inside the house, it's less attractive.

Thanks Light. Excellent and important information. These are things that are sometimes difficult to check from a distance so it is best that someone who relies on the local authority to come to the property to give an opinion if we can not reach ourselves.
