Hello everyone.
Dolev Nizri is 26 years old and I moved to the US to Japan for 7 months
In order to enter the world of real estate and invest.
My goal in Gaza a year from now to make at least one deal ... more desirable?
There is no doubt that the Forum is the place to start to meet strong people in the field.
two questions:
In your opinion, in the beginning, what is preferable to try to make flip deals to accumulate capital and experience?
Or rather looking to buy an income-producing property (of course, at first it will not yield much if there is a mortgage).

Flipping requires the ability to buy the right house, in the right place, at the right price. You have to decide very quickly as soon as you see a good opportunity because if it's something good at a good price then other people with much more knowledge will also be interested in the house (there is a lot of competition for every good opportunity usually) you need a team you can really trust! This is definitely not a project for beginners. Experienced flippers lose money on projects sometimes. You can easily lose money. It took me two years and 30 buy&hold projects to learn the field until I found a contractor you can trust...
It all depends on which profile you are?
Long Island… For me to travel a bit I have no problem
USA is a pretty big place 🙂 where do you live? This information can be helpful in answering the type of transactions in the area
