Hi everybody,
This question is more directed to those who invest in Kansas City, Missouri.
It occurred to me that it would be better to unite as investors.
I'm at the very beginning of the real estate world; Now in Inspection days for my first SFH (with a view to renting).
I am currently interested in checking asset management companies.
Maybe it's self-evident to the pros, and maybe I'm wrong, but as much as investors, there are more homes in front of a management company, we have more power, do not we?
Therefore, I would be happy to cooperate / merge with an investor and add another home "under his auspices" with the management company with which he works.
If this is relevant to someone, I would be happy to talk
There is no doubt that as a buyer, this first asset will be a significant advantage to unite with many homeowners, but I assume that there is a similar interest on the other side to unite. And of course it may also come from fruitful cooperation.
Thanks for the forum, and all the guns that enrich us here with great content.
have a nice weekend

Hi Idan Narotzki, thanks for the post. So friends to make it neat, whoever invests in Missouri and wants to write "I" here - and tell about himself and his investments in the area so that everyone can learn. We would love to take this opportunity to hear from you why you chose this particular area, and what management company you have now. The correspondence should be on the forum so do not start writing here in private in private in private…. Thanks!
