Note that in the "glittering and famous" places it takes between two and three years to sell an apartment (!) And in less known places - at least to the non-local audience - it takes a month and a half (!) To sell.

First, thank you. Second, it's talking about 2017 and it's important to know how much it changes the trend in 2018 that I think has undergone some changes, which will be felt mostly in 2019 including changes in tax laws and what Trump has introduced. It seems to me that in 2019 we are already experiencing different trends, so the question is how relevant the 2017 report is, because the changes we are experiencing are becoming faster and more significant in my opinion.
