Many investors ask what is happening in the market. Each area is completely different
While the interest rate is rising a little each time anew we still see some cities blooming. Usually the interest rate rises and shoppers move back. In this study we see that after a brief respite, shoppers come back en masse and cause serious shortages of products. This is a very interesting period and we keep a close eye on developments. In a brief conversation this week, investors made their first appearance at a seminar we held this week.
We also see an increase in the purchase of products by groups of workers who come together to invest in them as additional income.

The number of homes listed for sale in the Philly area is about half the rate of that in the US as a whole. With local demand high, that means more buyers are competitive for a property they want.
