Those of you on a small team, how do you structure structure commission splits?
Recently joined a team with two high performers and we just
hired and admin. My role on the team is starting off learning the
business but eventually getting to the point where I can do a
transaction from start to finish. We're in the process of coming up
with a split to keep it fair for everyone. The team has discussed a
pooling of funds for a shared bonus, so that way the admin gets a
piece of the action. Thoughts on how to structure?
