  2. Hi Yariv, it's interesting that with you, as with many others, the story of buying a "renovated" property from the stock of an Israeli company / entrepreneur returns, with a cosmetic renovation and let me guess the area, as they say, not something…. And at double the price and more.
    This story goes back to almost the same variation in many, including me ?.
    One thing is not clear to me, usually the results of the problem that is created is used for learning and self-development… and that is?
    In the last six months, too, I have completed a great deal of knowledge, necessary, in US real estate, concepts such as property disclosure, certificate of occupancy, etc. have entered the treasury, with reinforcement in contract law (misrepresentations, misrepresentations, deeds or omissions and what not).
    What I ask, in your experience, is why you assumed to speak the way it is, is it pointless to sue, alone or gather a group of casualties like you?
    I come across a lot of these stories (in Cleveland, Detroit, Gaxnville), and parts like that are used to "learn lessons" only. Why is this actually?
