Introduction post to Liron Drezner
#Entrepreneur of the Week Liron Drezner #Post1
Hi,
My father contacted me a few months ago and suggested that I write a few words here about my entrepreneurial experience.
I thought it would be good to get to know each other a little first,
My name is Liron Mishkin Drezner, mother of 4 sweet children and a widow for almost 3 years.
When my husband passed away suddenly, I realized that the financial aspect had to change.
In the past, I established labs, raised funds through crowdfunding, and the entrepreneurial field was not far from me.
I have always worked for companies and investors to develop in the biotech field and in recent years in the world of medical cannabis.
While thinking about the direction I would go, I learned a lot about investments and ways to create a stable financial foundation for my family.
My first thought was how do I work less and earn the same?
Or alternatively, create passive income that won't take away from my valuable time with the kids.
I quickly turned to the field of alternative investments and from there I also took a real estate investment course in the US (with Rafi Mizrahi).
Today, after a year of the course, I already have my first income-producing property owned by us (mine and the children) and we are on our way to purchasing another.
Examining markets is a tool I use on a daily basis and creating teams is a challenge I have known for years,
This time I did it for me (or for us).
The fear of success or failure was great, but as I decided in advance, the deals I make and will make will be ones I am comfortable with and with a team that will work fairly.
To say that everything went as I wanted would be far from reality, but,
With measured steps and full faith that it will happen, the dream of 4 houses for 4 children is beginning to become a reality.
I started recording a podcast called “[Investments (Not) Just for Blondes, the Investor Community in Israel],” in which I interview various types of investment experts to learn more about the field of investments.
Later I will write a little more about the struggle itself,
You are welcome to join and read,
Liron
