An introduction post to Yaron Drezner

#Initiator of the week Liron Drezner #Post1
Hi,
My father contacted me a few months ago and suggested that I write here a few words about my entrepreneurial experience.
I thought we should get to know each other a little first.
My name is Liron Mishkin Drezner, mother of 4 sweet children and a widow for almost 3 years.
When my husband died suddenly I realized that the financial aspect had to change.
In the past, I set up laboratories, raised crowdfunding and the entrepreneurial field was not far from me.
I have always worked for companies and investors to develop in the field of biotech and in recent years in the world of medical cannabis.
Thinking about the direction in which I will go, I learned a lot about investments and the ways to create a stable financial base for my family.
My first thought was how do I work less and earn the same?
Or alternatively create a passive income that will not rob me of important time with the children.
Very quickly I turned to the field of alternative investments and from there I also took a real estate investment course in the US (with Rafi Mizrahi).
Today, after a year of the course, I already have a first yielding property in our ownership (mine and the children's) and we are on our way to another purchase.
Examining markets is a tool I use on a daily basis and creating teams is a challenge I have known for years,
This time I did it for me (or for us).
The fear of success or failure was great, but as I decided in advance, the deals I do and will do will be those that I am comfortable with and with a team that will work fairly.
To say that everything flowed the way I wanted would be far from reality, but,
With measured steps and with full faith that it will happen, the dream of 4 houses for 4 children begins to exist in reality.
I started recording a podcast called "[Investments (not) just for blondes, the investment community in Israel]", in which I interview investment experts of various types in order to learn more about the investment field.
Later I will write a little more about the struggle itself,
Welcome to join and read,
Liron
