Want to be rich? The surest way to wealth.

Post 4
A large contractor, the richest man of the whole town, built all the buildings, parks and institutions of the whole town.
just what? was stingy Didn't give a single penny to charity - no one enjoys their money.
One time he went out with his assistant on a tour of some construction site and a disaster happens (neither for us nor for anyone) and drops a crane on both of their heads, and they fall and die on the spot.
They ascend to heaven and the angel in the court of Ma'ale looks at them and says: "You two go to hell without checking at all."
The angel says to the contractor: You are stingy, you have never given a tithe, not a fifth, you have not given any donation...
And your assistant? It was "your combinator", he did all the paperwork for you, there for you at the municipality a form like this, another form, arranges for you a bribe here, a bribe there...
The assistant was cunning - he approached the angel, took out a $100 bill and said to the angel: "If I give you a $100 bill, will you take me to heaven?"
The angel looks at him and the bill and answers him: "For that amount, I take you back down!"
After a moment the assistant opens his eyes and.. Whoa! He sees all around him police examiners, medical teams, the mayor even there... in short - a mess all around him.
After a moment someone shouts: "Look! miracle! He woke up!” An hour he was already dead and here he woke up! We already prepared the tombstone for him..
The mayor approaches and asks him: "Say, where is your boss? Why didn't he come down with you?"
The assistant answers him: "He's still arguing with the angel upstairs, trying to get him down to $50..."
Money is the most precious resource we have: money buys health care, money improves the quality of life, money buys basic things as well as vacations and luxuries and every day a Jew faces a very difficult challenge- To share our money with other people, with strangers.
Who doesn't need and want money??
Get a situation that you must have experienced several times:
Someone approached you asking for charity - you gave.
After half an hour someone else comes to ask for charity - you gave, but maybe this time the wallet came out less quickly.
After an hour someone else arrives - here you are already saying to yourself: "Sorry, I already gave..."
After all (so to speak*) the money you give will come out of your pocket, from your children and family...
Why do we have to give? What is the logic in asking me to give charity? Giving up my earnings in favor of someone who may not work hard enough, may have tried hard enough - and even if he tried, he may not be lucky.
What do you want from me?
There is one shortcut that has been tried and tested for thousands of years, a joker card given to us for free in order to be rich - righteousness from tens.
Righteousness from the tongue of righteousness. that everyone will be right.
In Judaism, charity is an obligation - it is not just kindness. As you give to your children, you are also obligated to give charity.
There is one and only mitzvah in the Torah that the Holy One, blessed be He, says: "I am ready to stand the test on it!" - Come try me.
In all the Torah mitzvos it is forbidden to test the Almighty. Only in tens.
We actually serve as a conduit for transferring funds. And if the pipe is clogged... They will probably look for another pipe.
"Bring all the tithe to the treasury and it will be prey in my house And in my judgment please look at this Said the Lord of hosts, "If I do not open the floodgates of heaven for you and pour out for you a blessing that will not suffice" (Malachi XNUMX:XNUMX)
Charity is the commandment related to wealth. The key to riches.
I can testify about myself first-hand - there has never been a time when I gave and did not receive back much more.
If there is a post that I want you to take from all the posts I've published in my life, it's this post.
Make a habit of: Just as you pay income tax, social security and pay VAT, in contrast, set aside (at least) 11% for charity, which is a little more than a tenth (one-tenth of the net) and less than a fifth.
Make God your partner.
"In the commentary of the Tosaf writers on the Torah, a midrash [that does not appear in the midrash in our hands] is cited: "Yaakov our father made it a point to give tithes from the money." And this law is learned from the verse "And everything that you give me as a tenth, we will give you a tenth"
And in tractate Ta'anit (XNUMX) the Sages demanded:Ten ten - Why is the Torah repeated? Twice About the word ten?
And in tractate Ta'anit (XNUMX) the Sages demanded:Ten ten - Why is the Torah repeated? Twice About the word ten?
Rabbi Yochanan says: "Ten for you to get rich and go try the name".
The tithe does not belong to us at all. We received an "extra" 10% in advance so that we could pass it on.
If we are good bankers and transfer the tithes like clockwork - they will want to work with us and therefore will send us more and more.
Don't feel sorry for God - what do we care about giving and "forcing" God to open the chimneys of heaven for us and give us his share?
May we always be on the giving side, with a smile on our lips.
