Thank you all for this week, I hope you had an interesting time and I was able to contribute at least in one way.

I tried in several posts to tell about my path from a place of zero real estate knowledge, a minimal amount in a bank account, but a lot of desire and faith.

I had to sacrifice so much to be successful, change my life routine among other things and work according to US time. Go to sleep in the wee hours of the night and sometimes after the sun rises, and get up in the afternoon to do what I do. Just this week I took the dog for a walk at 5 in the morning after a long day of work, and I met my neighbor who also took his dog for a walk, only he had just woken up and I was sleep deprived...

But I learned to love it, and today I totally enjoy it.

I love that when I wake up, I don't immediately have to work. But can start the day calmly, exercise, rest and prepare for the day. There is also something about the night time that I like. This silence outside everything is calmer. I've always liked to be different and not do what everyone else is doing, and my daily schedule also seems different from most people.

I tried to share as much as I could, and I have so many more insights, stories about deals, etc. that won't be enough in a few posts here.

I've had so many heartwarming messages this week, and people wanting to see how they can join us.

We have managed to build a well-oiled system that generates transactions regularly. It took a good few years to build it. We put so much money into it. We have invested hundreds of thousands of shekels over the years just on programming and automation.

And I want to tell you that you can join us and enjoy what we have built. Things with us work in a very simple way. I am a big believer that everyone should focus on one thing and do it the best there is.

There is no such thing as looking for motivated sellers, negotiating with them, and finding a buyer.

I believe that you should focus on one thing, and that way you will be the greatest expert.

Those who call people and look for sellers, do only that. Those who negotiate with sellers are only concerned with this. And those who are looking for buyers for the deals we signed, do just that.

I believe and am sure that this is the best way to succeed.

Focus is such an important thing. Over the years, I received so many offers, deals that we signed and they told me "let's do a flip, we will earn more on the deal". But I refused. everything at its time. You also need to know how to say no to things, and focus on one thing with all your might.

If you want to come work with us, and you think you are suitable, we are constantly looking for good people who are hungry for success. Those who are burning to succeed and have a real passion.

If you've been reading the various forums for a while, and you haven't found the way to enter this amazing world of real estate, maybe with us this is your way to do it.

We continue to grow and are looking for more salespeople with at least two years of experience, with a high level of English, and with a willingness to work during US hours, including late night hours.

The work can be done from anywhere in the world, you just need good quality internet, a computer and a desire to succeed.

We give everything we need to succeed, and when I say everything I mean everything.

A constant flow of relevant leads, with sellers who want to sell and not "just because you called me".

In addition, we have a very, very strong and large buyer list, which we invest in on a daily basis. This means we can maximize every deal that is signed, and find not only a buyer, but the buyer who will pay the highest price available. The differences in any such transaction also reach a difference of tens of thousands of dollars.

The system we built can serve many people to fulfill their goals and dreams: to make a lot of money from real estate, while experiencing and learning in depth about this world. We are constantly developing and growing, so that there will be more and more opportunities and options for people who will work with us.

I say in advance - working with us is not suitable for everyone.

Those who can't work at night, those who don't like people enough and talk to them, those who aren't excited about what they do and love to work, those who are afraid of hard work, those who don't know how to look at the long term and only want the short term. This role just won't suit him.

We have high standards, but those with us get 200% to succeed.
