#EntrepreneuroftheWeek Natalie Yerushalmi #Post1
Hi
It's me again…. Natalie Yerushalmi, a real estate entrepreneur and mentor in the field of new construction and land development in Texas.
4 and a half years ago, I wrote my first post here as the Initiative of the Week (link to the post in the first comment) and I had no idea how it would affect my life.
I went back to read that post because my idea was to write a follow-up post to the posts I wrote then and see what has happened since then, has the business changed, has life changed, have I evolved,
(Spoiler alert: everything has changed)
In the first post I wrote, "What do I have to say to all the sharks swimming around in the group?" I also wrote a warning to all those "sharks" that my posts would incorporate words like intuition, mindset, and spirituality. How cute would I be? I wrote this because I was very afraid of the responses and I also truly believed that I had nothing new to offer them, but the responses were very encouraging and heartwarming, and I was also surprised to receive so many personal inquiries from women who contacted me and asked for a conversation of encouragement, learning, inspiration, and also those who wanted to invest and continue to invest with me to this day.
See, you were warned, "sharks." The warning is valid this time too, because not only did I remain spiritual, I also became stronger.
Every now and then I'm presented as a real estate tycoon or a real estate tycoon, and it's very funny to me because even today I feel like I was brought into this field by accident (listen to me, there's no such thing as an accident, everything is planned). )And that things just happened and unfolded so that I make large transactions in very large amounts together with my partners (who came from the Facebook posts).
In the following posts, I will tell you what has changed. I will attach a link to my previous post from 4 years ago to each post (I discovered that there is some pretty good advice and tips there, some of which I have already forgotten). Of course, I will tell you about my work and that of my dear partners, about the transition from being an employee to being self-employed, and more. I will try to give you value.
So here's a glimpse of what's happened since then, not necessarily in this order:
* I got married
* I resigned from my job.
* I started volunteering at a wonderful organization
* I have begun a process of repentance.
* I established new partnerships
* I broke up with my partner.
* We have built and are building many new houses
* We have built and are building multi-million dollar single and multi-family projects (neighborhoods).
* We have developed and are developing agricultural lands and turning them into residential neighborhoods and commercial areas.
* We have also sold and rented properties in owner financing.
* Mentor at Project X
* Continues to believe in people
* Continues to believe that anything is possible
* Keep believing!
I will try to write about all this and more in future posts.
And in the meantime, feel free to write in the comments if there is anything you would like me to write about.
* I couldn't find any pictures of me looking at the camera without sunglasses, because that's how it is at my age.
Thank you Sarit for staying with us.
