Our Story

We believe honesty, integrity, love, and loyalty are the foundation of true success — in life and in business.
So, we wanted to share a little about our journey…
We were both born in the Soviet Union, and immigrated to Israel with our families in the 1990s, starting life from scratch.
Our parents made the brave decision to leave everything behind to build a better future for their children.
Twelve years later, we met in Israel, started our family, and brought three amazing children into the world — and the rest is history.
In 2012, we began our real estate journey by building our first home in Katzrin, in the Golan Heights.
It was challenging, exciting, and full of lessons — and absolutely worth every moment.
In 2016, we followed in our parents’ footsteps and made another big move — this time to Canada, again for the sake of our children.
We bought our first property in Winnipeg, a major fixer-upper. After renovations, the value increased significantly — and that’s when everything started to click…
We joined the Scott McGillivray investment group (HGTV) and dived deep into the world of real estate.
Over time, we started investing in more projects — renovating, selling, renting, and living our real estate dream.
Later, we joined Stefan Aarnio’s BlackCard University and learned advanced strategies like Buy-Fix-Sell and BRRRR.
We built a strong team that closed six deals in just one year!
In recent years, we took an even bigger leap:
We became partners in large multi-family apartment building projects, driven by the vision of creating properties that positively impact entire communities.
And we didn’t stop there.
About a year ago, we started learning the U.S. real estate market in depth:
We studied the most common investment channels, explored different financing options, and built strong relationships with local agents and contractors.
Today, we’re building an apartment building in Florida with a unique strategy:
Renting out each room separately to maximize ROI.
As the saying goes:
“An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.”
We continue building properties — but more importantly, we continue building relationships.
Because for us, people will always come before bricks and mortar.
