  🔄 Background:
  Originally submitted under Yossi, this loan faced major hurdles due to citizenship status and lender restrictions.
  To move forward, Martin and his father Alex decided to:

  ✅ Transfer ownership
  ✅ Use a new entity – MG Inc
  ✅ Replace Yossi with Alex as the borrower

  🔍 Challenges Faced:
  • Lender didn’t allow borrower/entity changes mid-process
  • Required legal Partner Buyout Agreement from Yossi
  • Needed EIN, Articles, and OA for new LLC
  • Lender flagged a $74K “family loan” from Alex & Diana
  • Entity name inconsistencies caused delays
  • Underwriter demanded proof of ownership & updated title

  🧠 Strategic Pivot:
  After rounds of clarification and legal revisions, the team:

  ✅ Created a new loan under Martin’s new entity
  ✅ Submitted purchase & buyout docs
